1. Get in touch
Hopefully by now you love our cakes but what is the next step? Reach out via our enquiry form. Let us know a little bit about you as a couple, what kind of wedding you are having. Is it rustic, glamour, laid back, festival, traditional, how would you best describe the vibe you are going for? The date is really important so we can check availability
3. Cake tasting
Ooooo the best bit, time to eat some cake! After you have had a look at our cake menu you can request a box of tasting cupcakes. These will be ready for collection 48 hours after the order or on a date you choose.
2. Get a quote
Once we have received your enquiry we will put together a quote, initially it may be a rough estimate based on the information we have but as we continue talking we will be able to give you an accurate quote.
4. Liaising with other suppliers
We work with your other suppliers, predominately your venue and florist to make sure everything runs smoothly and any stress is taken off your plate. All we ask is that you introduce us, we will do the rest.
5. Payment
When you want to secure your date we ask for 25% deposit, this is non refundable. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to delivery , it is at this point changes can not be made.
6. Delivery & set up
We liaise with your venue and other suppliers to arrange the best time for delivery. Typically we have some decoration to add in situ so we spend a bit of time at your venue making everything perfect.
